Kirsty is a highly experienced  Director of Development, and Executive Producer, with a proven track record of creating, developing and producing prime-time projects across multiple unscripted genres which have sold internationally.

With 20 years’ experience, Kirsty has also run development at some of the UK’s top production companies, including the BBC, and a member of the teams that developed shows such as Child Genius, The Great British Bake Off, and Paras: Ready for War, as well as working on the first series of The Undateables and Child of Our Time.

At Firecracker Films she was integral for pushing headline-making premium factual series and documentaries through from seed idea right into pre-production, including Six Schizophrenic Brothers (which was No 1 most watched on HBO for over a month); The Kim Kardashian Diamond Heist (sold to HBO Max and Paramount plus); Joe Swash: Teens in Care, Stacey Dooley: Inside the Covent, and The Plymouth Shootings.
